Please use this form to request a booking for a journey with our unique Chaperone Service.

This service is charged at an additional 50% of the basic fare. For children accompanied into airports there will also be parking charges.

We advise you to request a quotation before booking.

During the journey we will only supply children with plain bottled water. If you wish them to have other drinks or snacks then you need to provide them yourself. We do not accept responsibilty for any allergic reaction caused by such drinks or snacks. You must also provide us with a contact telephone number for use in emergency and for informing you of the safe delivery of your children.

You can normally expect a reply in 12 hours or less.

Our MPV's are very versatile and can be adapted to suit most passenger/luggage combinations. For example, if there are two passengers but a huge amount of luggage then, given notice, we can remove some seats to accommodate the luggage. Obviously, the more passengers then the less capacity for luggage. With a full load of 6 passengers the maximum luggage capacity is 4 suitcases and up to 6 pieces of hand baggage. Even then, some hand baggage may be inside the vehicle with the passengers.

If your luggage requirements are exceptional then we may have to arrange a second vehicle at extra cost.. Please fully discuss your requirements with us before travelling.

On confirmation of booking we will e-mail you a secure link to accept payment of your 50% deposit. We accept most credit and debit cards.

We advise all clients to make sure that they have travel insurance to cover any cancellations.
