Our innovative Chaperone service allows you peace of mind if you need to transport your child or children anywhere; be it to or from boarding school, summer camp, an airport or to Gran's for the holidays or weekend.

In addition to our chauffeur there will be a female chaperone who will travel with your children, making sure that they are comfortable and safely seated. Our chaperone will also provide plain bottled water and co-ordinate with the chauffeur to make comfort stops as required. If your children wish to have other drinks or snacks then they must be provided by you, as we cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions to such drinks or snacks.

Any relevant medical conditions (such as epilepsy, diabetes, travel sickness) must be communicated to the chaperone before commencement of the journey.

For children travelling to airports our chaperone will accompany them to the check-in desks and, (if you have arranged this) hand them into the care of the airline. Otherwise, after check-in, the chaperone will see them as far as the Departures door. If you wish, our chaperone will telephone to let you know that all is well. Please ensure that your children, or the chaperone, are given all neccessary travel documents before leaving home.

For children travelling to other destinations our chaperone must be given the name and contact telephone number of a responsible adult into whose care the children will be delivered.

This service allows you to relax in the knowledge that your child or children will be well cared for and will arrive at their destination safely.

For your added peace of mind both chauffeur and chaperone have been vetted by the Criminals Records Bureau and are licensed by Winchester City Council.
